Well, I plan on adding many pictures over the next week as I take new photos for my earth series. The series is dedicated to the nature of life and human life. Photos will be from the country side to the inner city.

If you have already viewed the first set of photos added, the city is nice, but places like the river aren't as pretty. I spent about four hours after I submitted the images working on improving each pictures color by removing layers of grey from the pictures. This was achieved by finding the "neutral" color of the image. Each image, because it is from a lucious area, had a neutral color of a deep green. The color is neutral in that everything is based around it. The deep green works well for non-water/sky places on the images. For the sky and water, I took the green and shifted its hue to that of a pretty blue.

For anyone who lives in Janesville or has seen the Rock River, you'll know what I have been done. I mean, since when is the water in the Rock River blue?

I'm hoping that the sun comes back out in Janesville. I want that because I wish to go around driving looking for good pictures. I know that I need to go up to Madison to find some good business district pictures. I'd go to Milwaukee for the skyscrapers, but my mother would kill me.
